Professional Development

Here at Pegasus Holistic Healing, we offer a 1/2 day Team Building & Professional Development Program. We can also design a program that suits your needs and circumstances, just ask us and we can sit down and co-create together. 

These programs are an experiential learning programs, where participants are provided with opportunity to experience a new way of being and behaving through experiences with horses. We will be observing and interacting with the horses, with plenty of touching, grooming, and leading the horses. The program is run outdoors, in nature with opportunity to build, create and learn lots of new skills.

Half day program.

1. The regulated body, how stress and external influences change our physiology and how that impacts our abilities to perform and respond. 
2. Awareness of self and others, exploring boundaries, with non-verbal communication.
3. Thoughts, feeling, emotions and how they arise and effect our self-expression and      communication.
4. Working through difficult situations with awareness and regulation.

Morning/Afternoon tea provided and Tea and coffee.
