Integrative Psychotherapy is a personalized approach that blends various therapeutic modalities to address your specific emotional, psychological, and physical needs. This can include modalities such as Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy, Gestalt Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and more. Our goal is to support your overall well-being by integrating these modalities into a cohesive healing experience.
Counseling focuses on helping clients manage life’s challenges through evidence-based modalities like CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. These sessions are ideal for those seeking emotional support, practical solutions to problems, and a safe space to explore personal development.
Yes! Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy remains a core part of our services. This involves horses as co-facilitators, helping you explore emotional patterns, develop self-awareness, and build healthier relationships. The integration of horses into therapy can offer profound insights and foster change.
During your initial consultation, we’ll explore your needs and challenges. Based on this discussion, we’ll recommend the most suitable combination of modalities. Whether you’re working through trauma, stress, anxiety, or personal growth, we personalize each session to support your journey.
Not necessarily. While Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy and nature-based sessions take place outdoors, our Counseling sessions can be held in various settings, including outdoors in nature, or online, depending on your preferences and needs.
During an Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy session, you’ll interact with horses in a safe and supportive environment. There is no horseback riding involved. Instead, the horses will choose how they interact with your emotions and behaviors, helping you explore your inner world with the support of a trained therapist. These sessions promote emotional awareness, trust-building, safe relationships and personal insight.
No prior experience with horses is needed! The focus is on emotional healing and personal growth, not riding or handling horses. Our team will guide you through each session and ensure you feel comfortable throughout the process.
Our integrative services are designed to help with a wide range of mental health and emotional challenges, including but not limited to:
Absolutely! One of the key benefits of working with an integrative therapist is that we tailor each session to your needs. We may combine modalities such as Gestalt Therapy with Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy or blend CBT with Compassion-Focused Therapy, depending on your goals and preferences.

We are also a registered provider through Animal Therapies Ltd, who are a organisation helping to finacially support participants in gaining access to Animal Assisted therapies.
Yes, we can offer health and wellness products that align with our integrative approach. These products can support your mental and physical well-being as part of your healing journey. We’re happy to recommend products that complement your therapy or counseling sessions.
Getting started is simple! Contact us through our website, online booking section or by phone to schedule an initial consultation. During this first session, we’ll explore your needs, discuss your therapy goals, and create a personalized plan to support your well-being.

Sessions may involve a 'led mounted' experience with a horse with a purpose related to psychological therapy however the practitioners do not offer horse riding coaching or lessons.
If you’re after horse riding lessons or hippotherapy (physiotherapy-based and with a focus on physical improvements), we would recommend you contact a suitably accredited hippotherapist, an experienced horse-riding coach or the Riding for the Disabled.
